If you accept analytics, the site loads Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors use pages, such as clicks, scrolling and page views, and it sets first-party cookies (for example _clck and _clsk) and Microsoft cookies to recognise a returning browser. We use the results to improve the site. Clarity masks sensitive text by default. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We tell Clarity that advertising storage is not allowed.

These controls are not used by BestTranscript to build advertising profiles. The contact form prepares an email in your own email application and does not store your enquiry in your browser.
