It is a plain-text transcript prepared for import into Avid Media Composer and alignment with the matching source clip. The media, transcript and Avid version still need to be validated together.
Do you preserve source timecode?
The agreed timecode source is captured during intake and carried into the reference transcript. Discontinuities or conflicting sources are flagged rather than silently guessed.
Can you work from multicamera reality footage?
Yes, after an intake review. Billing is based on each supplied source file, so duplicated audio and isolated tracks should be scoped before upload.
